i am glad she is back

even though we have not seen each other for a year, it seems FOREVER! i am so glad she is back. miss her v much.

i HEART soop

as i did my usual blog readings, i discover soop via laissezfaire. went to etsy to see their full collections. de moment i saw de site, i knew i have to get something from there. in de end i chose this.

de ring was abit big for me. wailian from soop generously offered me an exchange and even wanna do a mid-air return. seriously how nice is that?!!!

to cut short de details, i got more stuff from them. when i received de soop package, it was choke full of goodies. i almost cry.

it has been a v emotional week for me. to receive such a wonderful package from someone i hardly know, place some faith back in me - there are nice people exist in this world (trust me. if you met some of de people i faced, you truly believe all de nice people jus vanish!!).

beside de nice loots wailian gave me, she always enclosed a handwritten note in de package. sweeeeeet. see nice people ... hehehhehehee.

slippin out of depression

thanks for de love, sms, msn msg from all of you. i am still not okay. but i am getting there. slowly crawling.

de cause of my depression is unspeakable. unmentionable. unthinkable. i did not allow aggy wee to talk to me as i know i will start bursting into tears.

why is it that ...

i can advise others to think positively yet i cun do de same for myself? why is it that i am so hard on myself?? how is it possible for people to trust me yet i cun trust myself?

i am grateful and touched that my friends and colleagues trusted me w their tots and opinions. they confide in me, knowing that if i cun give them advice, i would provide de listening ear.

i have no friggin clue where i suddenly in depression mode. ideas got rejected at work. have not started running. wishing for more time for oink.

i now look forward to next tue. aggy wee is comin back. i need hugs ...

my first piece of de year

i fall in love w de blue coral when i saw them in de supply store. they are also friggin expensive too!! i wanted to put this piece at etsy but i decide to keep it for myself. will make another piece real soon. muahhahahaha.

weekly update

ohhh nothing much happened this week ...

- i finished a korean drama that i actually liked!! de coffee prince.

- was shocked to find out that she actually watch de coffee prince before me.

- succumbed into temptation and bought de coveted mushroom bucket.

- celebrated kat "16th" birthday at relish.

- met fish and peacy for dinner and finally got my birthday pressie from de former.

- have not started my run for de year yet.

- client lunch at min jiang @ rochester. lovin pekin duck.

- bought tons of (expensive) supplies, raring to go (i think).

i think you can do better

every mon, i look forward to reading a column by this dude, teo cheng wee, in life (the traits times). he basically writes about his life experience, and how he deals w women and his female friends.

SERIOUSLY. he is hilarious. i never really took notice of his column till i saw de piece about his hiking trip in indonesia. muhahahhahaha.

however i was rather disappointed with his latest piece on monday. he started de new year talking abt the men's toilet?? huh??!! to make things worse, he described de state of de gents and so on. gosh.

to be honest, i am NOT disgusted at all. this is because de ladies is not exactly de cleanest place of de earth. yes most of us may be washing our hands w soap and so on. but you definitely dun want to see de mess that some of us left in the cubicle. puddle of pee, used sanitary napkin not being disposed in de bin (please dun ask me where they are dumped), footprint on toilet seat ... you get de point. not every woman is made of sugar and spice and all things nice.

what i love abt cheng wee column was that some men are just so cute and hilarious. they get worried over de silliest things. so what if your musculinity was at threat by a guide who can climb faster than you?? have you ever thought that de guide might also feel threaten in an urban environment? silly billy.

there are many sides to things. what cheng wee presented was de "silly billy" side that i enjoyed. so dude, please give me more of that. save me from de toilet crap (no puns intended).

mini-renovation

can you believe we are one week into the NEW year?? times flies. muahahhaha. and its back to work for me - tons of projects waiting for me *puke*. anyway some mini-updates below:

- going to start mini-renovation for my room and my work studio.

happy new year everyone!!!!!!

it has been a wonderful 2007. it has not been super easy for me. but i survived and made lotsa frens here and there. hey you win some and you lose some.

good things do come at the end. i met a hungarian on de net (hi betti), got a better caretaker for grandma, met long-lost poly-mates - courtesy of sweeling, and most important had de most hilarious NY party ever. gosh i cun wait for the video to come out. its SCANDALOUS!! not kidding you. i laugh so much, tears jus keep flowing.

and not forgetting my best achievements for the year are my christmas lunch kit for all my frens and my canjun salmon which i prepared for NY dinner (thanks masterfood).

once again, thank you all de silly billies for your love, support, patience and kindness. keep up de good work ok. hahahhahhaaa.

p/s: you may notice that i use de above 2 kiddos (esp de girl) in some of my entries. they are NOT my kids. and yes sadly they are related to me. ;p they lived in a faraway land and i have not seen them for 2 years plus. sob.
