i FINALLY know why ...

i dun fancy running that much. i am BORED!! yup bored. i zonked out after half an hr. i kept myself "awake" by starting to sing out loud ... shaking my head and actually dance and run at de same time.

give me 3, 4 hours of david muehsam or john scott classes anytime. i rather have de intensive stretching, being "forced" to explore de unknown. i now so looking forward to peter thomson classes.

in de meantime, i am praying for thunderstorm this sunday. specifically it will happen at 830am. muahahahhaah.
